name: mizu (means water in Japanese ) (I might change the name :P its a placeholder ok.) he/they gay water powers, can turn in to clouds/water vapor and ice too (depends on the weather tho) very snarky and sassy to close friends but nice to most people personality- overly confident, passionate, self centered (most of the time).. can't think of a backstory rn T^T (if choosen: u may change the design however u want as long as it doesn't stray too far from the water concept )
( sry if the design is basic) (The water made my hands hurt if you're wondering why :>)
