PLEASE look in the "instructions" sprite for more detailed instructions on making battles. If you've played deltarune, you know the drill. If not: Arrow Keys -> Movement Z -> Select X -> Cancel Selection ------------------------ About the Engine ------------------------ Create your own deltarune battles with this scratch project. If you remix this project, you can edit some scripts, customize dialogue and sprites, making your own custom battle! Navigating the scripts is harder due to the improved code, so look at the instruction sprite.
I did not make the orignal engine This is an improved version of Testerc00l's previous Deltarune Battle Engine, with new attacks. Things to fix: -Make Spamton text rather than Papryus Added features: - New (%) sparing system - Act Options for Kris and Susie - Spell Options for Susie (Rude Buster, Better Heal) - Rehauled attacks - More attack variety (and some Undertale Attacks) - Improved faithfulness to the original deltarune engine - Green Gerson SOUL mode! - More attacks coming soon! Current patch: v 3.0.1 - Added Yellow SOUL to the game as well as matching attacks. If you see a bug, please report it, and I'll do my best to fix them. Also, if you have any attack ideas, put them in the comments below and I'll see if I can implement them! Or send me a project with that attack and I'll code it in (and give credits either way) Sprites and Sounds: Spriters Resource (if you ever want to backpack the sprites here, credit them and not me.) Menu Text engine: @toopgobo Battle Text and TP: @sei26 Other Sprites (Ex. Battle menu): @Dragocuven All copyrighted content belongs to their respective owners.
