Colvan first issues the new virus suits. They also state on the radio that if people eat fish, they must wear a badge and are required to burn the fish till it is black to get rid of most viruses. Colvan also aggressively engages people to get new land for Colvan so they can expand and have more places for quarantine. Also, for the most part, there aren't a whole lot of cities, and they mostly hunt and farm for food. Colvan has also put a law in that states if you show any symptoms, you are to immediately be quarantined or killed if it is really bad. We also have implemented a law that states you must wear your virus suits in public, or you will be arrested and given up to 5 years in jail. To get the virus suits out quickly, most factories that are not making key things for Colvan will be manufacturing virus suits. This is in effect immediately.
