I'm making an art doll! And of one of my favorite characters, Coedwig :]c [ Space for next image, Click to zoom in ] As of 8/30, Coedwig is offically in the furring stage! Because i'm not using faux fur fabric (i'm turning yarn into fur via brushing), the furring process is uh. gonna take a while lmao. 1. Coedwig's Reference 2. Armature on the move 3. Clay foot v1 (Don't get attached) 4. First bake! Ignore the broken plate lol 5. Modeling teeth is funsies 6. Disaster (Everything burnt/crumbled) 7. Boy why you so ear 8. New, NOT shattered coedwig 9. Starting the wrapping process 10. Finished wrapping, now into taping (they were hittin a funky pose here) 11. (MOST) of the base fabric put on, except pants because i didn't buy enough felt 12. Pant completed (Store was out of dark brown felt) 13. Antler (Genuinely so proud of these) 14. NINE HOURS trying until my dad physically drilled a hole through their antlers and attached them that way. Learn from my mistake kiddos attach the antlers before baking 18.
