WHEN IN EFFECT: 1a. All economies of the participating Islamic nations will combine under one. It will be called the Islamic Crown. 1b. All capitalist businesses, stockpiles, and transportation systems will be slowly integrated to become owned by the government 1c. Free food, medical stuff, school, housing, electricity, and fuel will be supplied to all citizens of every participating nations. 1d. All citizens would be forced to pay a small tax to keep the money in the government. 1e. The supreme Islamavet (Council of members) will warrant the mass construction of trade routes, mint factories, and railways 2a. The militaries of all participating nations will have generals from their autonomous regions, and can act independently. However, they will all count as the total armed forces for the IU. 2b. If an attack against the Union effect all members, or in case of an internal rebellion / civil war, all members will engage their militaries and attack. 3a. All governments of the nations participating will be combined to form the Supreme Islamavet. 3b. All internal actions can be done individually. However, when it comes to international affairs, wars, or other things, a meeting will be called to discuss whether or not we want to be involved, and specifically how to act 3c. All nations' official names will have the title " Of the Islamic Union" at the end. 3d. The official state of the Islamic Union will be defined, declared, and enstated. 3e. The center of the Islamic Union will be Mecca. All member states will get their own capitals, though. 4. A census will be held every 2 RL days (Every PU year) to determine quality of life, population, etc WHEN NOT IN EFFECT (I. Treaty of Ashkabat) 1a. All nations who have signed this treaty will form a mutual military, economy, and domestic alliance called the "Islamic Peoples' Alliance" (IPA) Signed: Turkestan (future signature)
