Their capital is in the historic city of Manila, where the government is led by a transitional provisional administration under the military. They have attacked the Falun Gong cults and Communist rebels by sea, using the Chinese given destroyers and battleships to bombard enemy positions and land troops on them. The aim of the Nanjing Government by establishing these puppet governments is to increase their influence over Asia and to challenge the Japanese and other Asian Powers. They can also join the Sinosphere that spans Rome to New Canton, which would increase Chinese prestige across the world.
