Leaves the target glitched- and stunned for a bit... but it's expensive. It's model is like a katana.
It's also REALLY sharp- it cut through a tungsten cube- the densest material on earth- that we know of, at least. The Blue and Red particles are all matter, a recently discovered material that dissolves anything in contact, as well as paralyzes them.
