Terms: I. Territory is changed to match the map. II. Cyprus pays for all damages caused and inflicted to Bulgaria and the New Ottoman State. III. A non aggression pact is signed for 3 years, between Bulgaria and Cyprus, the Ottomans and Cyprus, and Mesopotamia and Cyprus. IV. All parties who had participated in the Second Bulgarian-Cypriot war agree to recognize the new changed borders of Bulgaria and Cyprus. VI. The nuclear weapons used and inflicted onto the Turkish peoples and other peoples impacted by the Cypriot use of nuclear weapons will be repaid for the damages caused by the Cypriot government. VII. Bulgaria will give Macedonia autonomy and will be a puppet state available for a new player. a. Cyprus will give the Ottoman state and Greece the same autonomy, and will also be available for new players VIII. Inner Istanbul will temporarily be a buffer zone but under the control of Cyprus.
