The World Ruler, or Verum, is a force to be reckoned with to say the least. He purposefully held back an ungodly amount of his power and defense just to make him seem defeatable by TTFB and his allies. Assume this takes place before TTFB's 1v1 against Verum where Verum shows his true power.
