Moon nudged Qibli looking at him sweetly “Go play with the dragonets, or else they’ll get bored!” Qibli sighed looking her in the eye “I know they are our dragonets, but they sure are a handful, I wish we could go to the rain forest and have Kinkajou deal with them.” Moon rolled her eyes “If we would have stayed in the rain forest instead of moving to the palace to live with Queen Thorn, Kinkajou would be doing that right now!” Qibli dug his claws into the warm sand of the desert “I guess but-” The sound of wing beats interrupted his words, and two royal guards landed before them, the guard at the front raised his claw and gave a smug smile “Prince Winter of the Icewings is coming to visit Moon, Advisor Qibli and you’re three dragonets Sandshifter, Eclipse and Dingo” The guards took quick bows and fly off to the Queen’s tower. Eclipse bounds over to Moon and gives her a happy glance she squeaks “I toooootally wasn’t spying, and I just happened to know that Uncle Prince Winter is coming!” Dingo yelps and runs over to her “But wait mother, wasn’t that the other guy who tried to marry you but you chose father?” Moon and Qibli gave each other a quick glance, Qibli sighed “We don’t talk about that Dingo!” Dingo rolls her eyes and calls to the back of the hallway “Sandshifter, Mother’s old fiance is visiting! Uncle Prince Winter!” Sandshifter peered out “Oh wow! I can’t wait to meet him!”. Moon gave Qibli a nervous glance “Come on you three, you should go rest so you can be in top condition when Prince Winter arrives!” The three dragonets yelp happily and run to their room. The next morning Moon woke up to the sound of loud squeaks, “Dingo leave your poor brother Sandshifter alone”. The three dragonets looked up to her “But we need to gooooooo! Father is already waiting for Uncle in the courtyard. Moon looked at their tiny little faces “Ok lets go” she says in an annoyed tone. The four dragons fly over to the courtyard where Prince Winter and a few Icewing guards were at, Prince Winter looked at Qibli in the eye “I need to talk to you, privately” he dismisses the guards Qibli looks right at him “Hmmm, looks like you haven't changed at all! But still not as scary as you think you are.” Winter looked at him surprised that Qibli remembered what Moon had said to him. Winter sighed and flew under a tower in the courtyard and snarled at him “How dare you take my future wife!” Qibli looked at him in surprise “I didn’t take your future wife! Moon chose m-” Qibli was interrupted by a loud squeak and saw his three dragonets toppling out of a bush, Dingo put her claw out and yelped happily in a sing-songy voice “Uncle is mad that Mother didn’t marry him!” Prince Winter glared at the little dragonet “I’m not your uncle, call me Prince Winter of the Icewings!” he shifts his gaze to the two other dragonets who were scurrying to get into a bow, he huffed and called his guards over to fly over to Queen Thorn’s tower. Moon rushed over glaring at the three dragonets “You three are in big trouble” she growled. Qibli laughed, “I mean it’s not like Mr. Frosty Face was wrong!” Moon glared at him, amusement sparkling in her eyes. She sighed and gave a quick look to the dragonets “Would you three like to go to Jade Mountain Academy?” The three dragonets yipped their yes. Moon softened her gaze “Ok, I’ll send a messenger to talk to Tsunami to enroll you three!”.
