The NSB is one of the nations holding former Dominling territory. While other powers are slowly just removing the radiation, the NSB is using a more "abstract" plan with the region. Due to the low amounts of Dominlings in Bolivia and the need for power to continue its reconstruction. Digging up very large amounts of the invasive plants and irradiated soil, they are brought to energy facilities far away from the main population along the South Atlantic Coast. In the facilities the radiation from the plants and soils are extracted and the plants are burned. However, the soil is now mostly fine and is sold for the expansion of farming in the habitable zones. This is all well, but a problem arrises in the fact that yes, Bolivia doesn't have that many people and yes Bolivia has a lot of these zones. However, the population of Bolivia is growing at a steady rate thanks to a variety of factors that encourage having children such as lifting of financial pressure and increased job benefits. The limited supply of this energy method has started the process of plans when the radiation zone is fully purified or it is unable to produce the energy to power Bolivia. These plans however aren't important right now, what is important is the management of the power. Mostly it is flooded to the construction effort. Using it to power and the supply coming from foreign bought materials and the tearing down of the Greater La Paz complex, the plans are brought up to create more towns and cities along the coast mainly for reaching into the only area that we haven't already began using, the sea. However, these are for the future. Currently, the expansion of the production is top of the list. Using the new power gain, the expansion of La Paz Rail network is set in motion. Spanning from La Paz to Rio de Janeiro, the railway is just an expansion of the Bolivian full rail network. Allowing connection between Bolivia and the Brazilian coastal cities. It is just one part of allowing the connection between the two regions. The other is the growth of towns set at checkpoints for the rail. Mainly more jobs and housing. The State mirrors a similar country to the old world. Japan during the late 19th and early 20 century went under times of expansion due to the countries lack of natural resources, and Bolivia is nearly the same. With the continent it presides of being nearly devoid of people and its resources. So, plans have been made. Plans to gain the resources of others...however soon they launch can make or break the NSB's future.
IDK, I ran out of ideas for the bckground, so you get 2 Officers sharing a file that holds a plan
