- - - I have waited long enough. Maybe even longer. So today, I decided that it is FINALLY time to break in Glade - The horse with the mysterious past. I've held off for so long because I've been worried about how she would do since I know almost nothing about her. But at this point I trust her enough to not do anything bad. Getting tack on Glade was easy. It seemed to settle right on her and she didn't mind it much. After mounting, we used the cues I'd taught her when I lunged her the other day. She remembered them and understood what to do, but she really wanted to play and got really stubborn.
