Bassie quickly grabs something inside her head a smoke Bomb and throws it on the floor Sprout realizes what and why she had done that and he grabbed her hand and ran for it. Dandy had lost sight of them and they were racing to the last machine to pop it, Sprout had primed it if they encountered anything, they would both have a slick escape, Bassie reaches the machine first and pops it. Elevator opens The 30 second countdown begins They both start running Sprout feels air going down his neck as they are sprinting and looks behind him, Dandy He had regained sight of them as if he never lost it " BASSIE! RUN FOR IT, I'LL STAY BEHIND" "N-NO! I'M NOT LEAVING YOU" She notices he's sweating, tired and panting she grabs a box of chocolates from her head and hands it to him quickly "HERE!" If he eats all of the chocolates, Bassie will be left behind, Sprout panics. He eats one by one with 15 seconds left and lifts bassie and sprints to the elevator "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" Bassie yells with a fear of him dropping her, though she trusts him with anything They slide in He drops Bassie at the entrance of the elevator and he kept sliding in and the edge of the metal on dandy's shop cut his hand "AGH!" it quickly started bleeding "Sprout?! Are you ok?!" Bassie asks panicking, worried that it was her fault "Y-Yeah Im fine" " Do you need a band aid or medkit?"She asks" I think a medkit would be fine? Sprout?" "Mhm" She scooches up to him and gently grabs his right arm and notices him twitch a bit She grabs the med, opens it and grabs the band that's in it and wraps it around his arm "Im sorry, i'm not very good at this" " It's good enough, don't worry" Even in pain he still smiles to not worry others She feels her face burning and turns away from him "Bassie.. Are you ok?" "YES OF COURSE!" She gets up and presses the button 1 for the entrance of garden view "we can do another run later?" She asks" there might be some food at the entrance, maybe Vee and Astro got some while we were gone” He gets up and almost falls over, she grabs his arm and puts it around her " We can rest too, ESPECIALLY YOU" He sighs " Fine" He knows shes tired too. They reach the entrance and see vee waiting at the door “ We are going to my floor .” Sprout and bassie both turn to each other and sigh ________________________ END OF CHAPTER 4
