I have no words... This is overall rare, but it's WAY too slow for the building. Because this is in Dingleville 1.0, it would usually be branded as Kotori Minami, but nope, it's branded as PHS Group. This is a Kotori Minami lift branded as PHS Group. Ohio is a medium-sized city of Dingleville 1.0 that uses 230V 60Hz instead of 230V 50Hz. But overall, use it like a cheap and flimsy stainless-steel box. But this lift is gonna get modded on April 21st. I hope it's not gonna be Neptunia Systems or Kongsuni Lifts. The hand dryers are Xlerappies in stainless-steel, the fire alarm system is a Gamewell-FCI system, and the HVAC is a Bryant unit. Personal rating: 2/10. Warning: loud noises.
