The Warsaw Pact in a much different world... In this alternate world, let's say that Poland regains their coastline, with the USSR making a Neo-Pannonian Sea with help from the other Warsaw Pact members! Ofc, it would have to be 2 separate manmade seas, though, so Hungarian Transylvania isn't split from the mainland. Best of all, the apartment blocks get a bigger upgrade, the Gorbachevkas! They're basically commie blocks on another level, this time reaching up to 60 floors. For the sake of things, let's say they manage to have a higher birthrate, because we need more children in families. (And NATO is trying that, too...) What else do you think would happen? Let me know in the comments!
