18th February 2403. Xenthia's forces were about to cross over into the Borg to aid it against Voidia. Unfortunately, the Borg collapsed, but we'll try and get there anyway, even if Voidia is no longer at war with us. We plan to unify about half. Xenthia sends a million and a half ships to occupy a few of the many Borg warlord states. This is made a little easier by the fact that we have access to a small amount of Borg technology, since the Borg ceded us a colony shortly before implosion. The initial offensives are in two groups: 830,000 ships are sent east from the newly annexed state of Scorpius, and 670,000 are sent north. We attempt to rally the support of the local population by promising an at least partially unified Borg, albeit one which is a state of Xenthia. (Okay, that will probably not work) A new larger type of ship, the X9, is developed from various acquired technologies. It is considerably larger, though costlier to produce, than the existing ships we have. The first thousand are being made and will hopefully be finished soon. We use non-lethal weapons wherever possible to give our opponents less reasons to dislike us, so they integrate quicker. We also attempt to stabilise other recently acquired territories by making them republics instead of monarchies, and allowing a slightly limited form of election across the entire country.
