on this weeks edition of Frankenstein we have a hunter low profile motor with modified blades and blade irons and a downrod?????? Ohhh snap yep i took a low profile design and mounted a downrod and pitched up the blades to 15 degrees and with palm blades Uses a big 188x25mm Shen yuan or alaska made motor polished brass with narrow 56in palm blades and blade pitch is 15 degrees and baldes are 6 and 1/2in wide at the widest point high goes 170rpm on the nose exactly the fan performs well for tropical fan because the blades are narrow at the tip and not as wide and arent woven bamboo ones with the micro holes inbetween the weaves its not as effective like that since the air cuts through the holes and the fan just makes more noise as a result so therefore these are wood blades custom made ones so performance the thing does well comperable to any k55 with airmovement although its slower its still fast for a palm blade fan moves at about 170rpm so really effective
