This is just my opinion about things, but basically, I was just scrolling through pininterest, when I saw all of these pins abt polar bears, sea animals, and just other creatures in general. I used to use AI soo much, for homework help, chatting, and advice. Ik it's sometimes just bad to use AI in general because it decreases our creativity, but I used it anyway. But now it's not only that, but I realized that it also harms animals, including my 2nd fave animal, Polar Bears. I mean how could u harm these cute animals?? Not only polar bears, this is happening to Coral Reefs and Reef Fish, Marine Mammals, and etc. Imagine ur child (if u ever have one) saying, "what are polar bears? I thought polar bears was a myth!". These animals are nearly becoming extinct due to ice loss. If they don't have their own land, they'll have to move to land they can't really survive on, this leads to starvation, heat stress, and more problems. Just so yk, I'm not only posting this for ppl who use ai, there's also other reasons why animals are harmed, and that includes pollution. Trash in the ocean and on land can harm animals. They may get stuck in it or eat it thinking it's food. I still use ai (ik im such a rebel) but I suggest using Ecosia.org. It's a search engine that includes ai but it's backed by renweable energy and it's very green. Btw this is just my opinion about things, everyone has their own opinion. My dad would probably not agree with me since he uses ai a lot, and i mean A LOT, and he thinks it's cool. But please take it into consideration, and I'll also try not to use too much of AI like chatgpt.
