the intro was NOT necessary but I wanted it lol nerd out alert !!! woop woop this guy's a geek !!! Taken on my 17th birthday. Yes, this is what I decided to do on my birthday! I really like marine animals. No animals were harmed !! I released 'em right after. This isn't intended as any kind of "reveal" project- I just really wanted to show you guys this lol The animal I'm pictured here with is a dolabella sea hare, which I found after lifting up this big 'ol rock in a moderately sized pool. A sea hare is like this super gross sea slug thing that can squirt purple ink. I was lucky enough NOT to be inked, which is actually kinda sad. Yes it is MEANT to look like that :sob: Other cool stuff I caught/saw that day (not pictured bc my siblings are there and I'm too unmotivated to draw over their faces): Many, many brittle stars (two kinds- normal black ones and this weird orange-dotted one) Candy-cane shrimp (spotted, not caught) Cool lookin' neon green and orange crab (I tried to catch this guy for SO LONG bro) (I never did) Several blenny fish (spotted, not caught) Tide pool gobis (spotted, not caught) A couple fat sea slugs A couple spiky gut-shooting sea slugs (yeah I got guts shot at me a couple times as a demonstration for some kids who were wondering what "gut-shooting" was) Big chungus (comment if you read this) Humuhumunukunukuapua'a (Yeah buddy I know how to say it. Only spotted one, I didn't catch it) Thin-shelled rock crab (spotted, not caught. these guys are SUPER fast) And some more stuff I can't recall at the moment In summary I'm a nerd and I like ocean animals so sue me Music is the 90's Chicago Bulls theme (I remembered it as the "Unveiling of Sardine Land" but whatever)
