Sick of war, suffering, and death, the new people of The Dominion of Torch have decided instead to provide medical support to any and all allied or neutral* nations. They do this under their new organization, The Scarlet Branch. The Dominion of Torch is also going to cut back heavily on military spending and ship building, as well as scrapping some ships to build new ships fit to provide extensive medical support (will make project).
*If any nation is at war with an ally they will receive no support. All dominions in Farlandia (including Farlandia) will always have free support.
