I used a tiny bit of chromatic aberration (rainbow glitchy stuff), but I hope the pallet is fine For anyone interested, I use procreate to draw and animate! This was drawn mainly with the Kestrel brush, in animation assist, whcih is bassiaclly a flipbook. Ask for tips and questions!
