Please scroll down for the English instructions. This is something like a Tear Arcana Rod, which appears in a certain animation. Swipe (drag) on the card to rotate the card. When you tap (click) the button "拡大⇔縮小", you can switch between a view that zooms in the card and a view that shows the entire rod. You can stop the rotation of the card by tapping (clicking) it while it is rotating. You can remove or set a Makoto Jewel by dragging it. When you set the Makoto Jewel, the transformation starts. After the transformation, rotating the card will activate Arcana Star Rain.
