As an admin, it’s your job to review sign-ups, ensure they follow the rules, and keep the roleplay fair and organized. Follow this guide to make sure everything runs smoothly! ———— 1. Checking Sign-Ups Before accepting a character, go through this checklist: - Does the character follow the creation rules? (Even personality traits, somewhat realistic design etc) - Is their backstory realistic for the setting? (No far-fetched details) - Are all codewords both hidden somewhere in the sentence? If everything checks out, approve the sign-up and notify storage by using this form: || Name || Age || Owner If something needs to be fixed, kindly let the roleplayer know what needs to be changed before approval. If they treat you rudely/make you feel uncomfortable, you have the right to deny them 2. Enforcing the Rules You guys need to scroll through the roleplays and make sure no one is: - Metagaming : Using out-of-character knowledge to influence their cat’s actions unfairly. - Powerplaying : Controlling another player’s character without permission. - Anything else that seems wrong/harmful to the roleplay If someone is breaking the rules, give them a polite warning. If they continue, please notify me 3. Handling Disputes If two people are in a disagreement, stay neutral and try to resolve it fairly. If things escalate, notify me, and I’ll deal with it. ————
