Took Tango out for another ride today, this time preparing him for an eventing show. Seeing as tango is bred for eventing I really wanted to make sure he got his time in the limelight before I decide if I want to focus on one specific discipline with him. Although he is pretty green right now he shows incredible rhythm in his strides and has a really nice natural carriage. Shoutout to Ghost for breeding such an awesome boy <3 Anyhow, we just worked on getting him used to a more substantial height (he is NOT competing at this height yet, just using it for training) and he did rather well, a tad intimidated by the jump at first but overall a great session!
