[ Who decides fate? ] Kicked out of technology university for having too "boring and repetitive" ideas. [ To turn the tables. ] With help from her adoptive mother, she makes her own mechanisms. Inspired by the DAWGS, she is determined to give back to society. She notices a lot of crimes cannot be solved due to the lack of information needed to solve crimes. That gives her an idea. [ An underground garage, four computers, three individuals (+ 1 huge robot) and a dream ] With some funds, she forms the Bakuwana Intelligence Technology House (BITH). This "Authority" (what she calls it) provides intelligence services to people of justice, as well as taking commissions to beat up bad guys! (ok, the "bad guys" are mostly school bullies. And we don't beat them up.) Sadly, the "real authorities" aren't happy! They called us clowns, vigilantes, and unemployed citizens who have nothing better to do.
