(This creature is pixalated because it always has access to the internet, and it feeds off of energy. It will stalk its prey across any internet platform, and once it's done toying with its prey, it will come out of any electrical device and slowly drain the life out of its prey. You will know where it would be because, in a 10-foot radius, every single electronic device would experience a blackout/ power shortage. however people who "survived" the attack, quote "said that it had reactivity to water." However, we still can't seem to see if this story is true, so for now, it does not have a weakness: Class level Apex.)
(this is for creature feature. also may contain flashing lights)
