Chapter 1 Flintpaw grinned as he eyed his mentor The medicine cat Lockfoot who was organizing the new batch of herbs Flintpaw had just brought in “I got extra catmint thought we would need it this Leafbare.” Flintpaw meowed Lockfoot just grunted after a moment he looked at Flintpaw and cuffed him over the ear “go get something to eat ya leach” Flintpaw scampered off to the freshkill pile and plucked a vole he found a quite corner where he could watch all of his clanmates "every-cat in this clan is mousebrained how do they expect Starclan to accept them if they never follow the code” He thought watching Stormbreaze one of Thunderclan’s Warriors sneak out of the clan entrance Flintpaw got to his paws and followed the warrior he was headed to Sunningrocks “Where is this furball headed” he wondered as Sunningrocks came into view a Riverclan she-cat sat on one of the smooth rocks Stormbreeze snuggled up to her Flintpaw gasped a traitor in his clan he ducked into a brush bush “How dare he” He spat under his breath moments later Stormbreeze began to leave and headed back to camp Flintpaw pushed out of the bush “And where do you think your going?” He hissed causing Stormbreeze to turn around “Wha-” Stormbreeze couldn't get his words out as Flintpaw lunged at him and tackled the traitor down to the ground his teeth dug into the warriors throat…
