This guy is the leader of The Contagion Syndicate. Their name is Salvito Enzo, (Wow, second name for the first time woooooo but it's kinda strange) and they are very serious and very unserious at the same time. And because they are part of The Contagion Syndicate, they are infected with the plague. The Contagion Syndicate was lucky, as they were able to coexist with the plague. The plague inside their body, granting them strength and immortality. Their limbs can regenerate, but while they are, tentacles sprout out to act like spare limbs in the meantime.
