This static effect uses some REALLY weird properties of the fisheye and whirl effect to create noise. It starts to create odd patterns, and eventually every pixel becomes one color or another (you can sort of see the circular patterns underneath the static). If you want to use this in your project, feel free! Credit is optional but I'd be thankful if you mentioned me.
