So basically… like, there’s avatars and entities, yeah? Yeah. No one’s responding to this why am I formatting things as questions. ANYways. There’s avatars and entities. BUT! In THIS au, if an avatar does good enough, they can become an angel of their fear!!! So hierarchy goes like this: Fear Angel Entity Avatar And angels exist outside of space and time, which is pretty cool I guess. So basically! Somehow, Jarchivist becomes an angel… I dunno this is just a baby au. Uh but then he becomes too compassionate and the Eye gets mad and demotes him. So he’s a fallen angel now! He goes back to work at the Institute and nothing’s changed bc the whole ‘existing outside of space and time’ thing, well except that he’s a fallen angel now. Fallen angels are still more powerful than normal avatars. And, like, the eye is about knowing everything, right? Angel!Jon KNEW everything, but started forgetting upon his demotion. Also his goal right now is to get back to being an angel because I said so. It’s canon ok. And thennn the whole Prentiss bit goes down, and Martin finds the body, and Jon’s like ‘I know who did it! It’s uhhh… WAIT WHO DID IT’ and he gets paranoid! Like in season 2! Things continue as normal but he’s Knowing Things an allat and the Jurgen bit doesn’t happen… since Jon knows about the Fears… so he’s never framed. He never reconnects with Georgie or the Admiral since he’s not on the run. He still learns about the upcoming Unknowing though, and that still goes down like usual, but it’s a bit better for Jon since Gertrude never died and he’s more closely connected to the Eye. He still goes comatose and stuff. Here’s where it gets worse for him! Because he’s had it too easy. Also forgot to mention but he’s been straying away from his previous goal because actually being human’s pretty cool. So S4 goes as normal, then Martin gets Lonely’d. Jon goes in to find him. Now for a bit of extra info dumping because this is pretty important actually! Basicalllyyyyy I imagine the Lonely as being empty, with basically no sensory input. For Eye folk, especially Jon, it’s very important to have sensory input for him to know! Without that, he starts literally breaking down, physically and mentally. So when he finds Martin, he’s looking… really bad. He gets Martin out, and then! He opens the door! It’s REALLY bad for his mental health… since like he was finally happy, human and together with Martin, and then he ended the world AND the Eye decided to reclaim him as an angel. He managed to remain in the mortal world through sheer willpower and sadness and the Eye still thought he was too empathetic to join it fully. S5 goes pretty much as normal! He sees Georgie again for the first time since the Jurgen thing never happened. And yeahhh then S5 finale and it’s all very sad. The end.
scratch don't mute me I got rid of the bad words I promise D:
