I'm sure most of us enjoy hearing what nice things people have to say about us! I personally get a little confuzzled sometimes (mainly cause I'm not too used to it xp) But I'll take them! From other girls, that is.. I'm unsure if what I'm gonna talk about here is a universal experience, or if it really is something that other girls relate to? See, when girls come up to me and say stuff like "I love your outfit!", "You're so pretty!", etc. It feels nice! And I often say something back to them because it's just common decency. <3 . . . HOWEVER, when a boy comes up and says something simple like, "Your outfit is nice." It makes me a tad uncomfortable. Of course, not every compliment from a guy is considered flirting. But to me, it sounds a little odd coming from you. No offense, really.. but I'm not sure why being complimented by men feels so- wrong? I'm genuinely having a hard time understanding why! It's kinda the same with guy friends too :P Like keep your mouth shut broski (I'll only let it slide if they sound a little fruity LOL) 4/19/21: So, a month later after posting this.. oomfs shown in this rant came out to me as Bisexual. Which honestly came off as shocking for me because he always claimed he was straight. Either way, I fully support him for who he is! <3
Note: My rants are my personal opinions and feelings on various topics. They aren't really meant to be seen as professional little essays, I do these simply for fun or outta boredom xdd
