Following Yugoslavia's unwillingness to negotiate, after numerous requests, and breaching our territorial waters for their project (much of Northern Albania), the Navy would be mobilised and set up along Albania and the Albanian coast that the Yugoslavs are planning to resurface, as the area. Any Yugoslav ships and workers coming in for the project are politely but firmly turned back, and one final request for the Yugoslav government to reconsider is issued.
