The President of the Elysian Federation made a chilling announcement to the world, stating that they have placed agents, dubbed sleepers, in every nation on the planet. These sleepers are in many different positions in society, some are just regular people, bakers, etc, and some are people in power, like military officials and politicians. The President then went on to state that these agents are nigh indistinguishable from regular folk, in any matter of ways, and figuring out who is and isn't one is a nigh impossible task if you don't know what you are looking for. The President promises that these agents will not be activated unless a nation decides to threaten Elysia or its people. He concluded his announcement
To the other nations: YOU CAN figure out who the sleepers are, there is a way; however, since I worked hard I will ask you HOW you found them, and I will tell you if that is an actual "tell" for them being a sleeper, or if you just arrested a bunch of your own people for no reason.
