Which subdivision of myself to dissect tonight? Over time, what may be left to come to light as rust becomes more oxidized? Was that a dark outlook, decay? Anyway, are you looking for an emotional payday? Catharsis? Euphoria? A connection without exploitation? Nothing needs explanation Though it can shape the situation Are you going to put yourself out there? Something told you this was offside Another thing tells you to take your time While another yet says you know not when you'll die Just try, but why, oh my no need to define though being divided we are inclined to crave structure and stability sometimes even in chaos or spontaneity in a world of hostility and compassion Urgency and discomfort, avoidance and distraction All tangled in a hairy bramble minds can mangle and be strangled by themselves and the external Let's look into this dusty journal This is sick pocket it, buddy Maybe you could go play xbox And maybe momentarily forget your internal syndicate Exhausting, functional BFF Pivoting your steps Visit my chronic condition called having a conscience even that, one might subdue, though perhaps never undo We might have an issue concerning-ish? No need to justify this Gaudy words prancing in their limited range of effectiveness yet immense capacity for influence Icky overwhelm Anybody ditto? That was a distress call A connection call I could pick up the phone Hell, it's in my hand I could call you You could call them Even now, you're doing something Why not that? Executive dysfunction can mean internal combat What am I going to do about that? I could make myself take the step. Do the thing
