Arrow buttons for temperature - change temperature by 10 Arrow buttons for time - change time by 1 Power - power on or off Start - start frying To interrupt the frying, just power it off then on. Even if it goes wrong. Try to set to 380 to 400 degrees and 15-25 minutes for finding fries. Click green flag to start or reset(if something goes wrong).
