They just needed them to stay neutral for just long enough for us to slice up Adyntrum in 3 places, and seize most of south America. Just long enough to bite and hold on for dear life.... And this has worked beautifully. That ORN vote bought much needed time, and showed the cracks in it. And of course we did plant a few seeds of doubt here and there, scared a few members for a short while into taking their time to consider their options, before suddenly growing a backbone. But the Dominion will defend it's sacred homeland to the last..... Like operation downfall(US invasion plans for Japan) times 100.... And then the allies have a ticking clock, until the gems are inevitably defeated(cuz PU galaxy has plot armor) and the Dominion able to set it's full attention back on Sol.
