Just press the flag and the simulation will do it itself! The top left slider allows you to change the windspeed, and the toggle button in the bottom left allows you to change the simulation mode (make sure to press the green flag after touching it!)
Based off my previous Suburban Tornado Simulator. This simulator attempts to serve as a code demonstration for the NTP's analyses, tornado simulation data, and NWS survey data as a proof of concept. Enjoy! Recent updates: 1. New mode with all new textures: Tree Dmg. --- based off of NWS damage survey information 2. The tornado now has a new texture, though if you prefer the old one, just click it to swap between the two! 3. Windfield equation has been slightly modified so that windfields are now noticeably larger to make treefall patterns look better. Tree Damage DODs: 60 - Minor loss of foliage, some leaves lost. 80 - Much more loss of leaves, branches become visible 100 - Very small amount of leaves left 115 - Trees stripped of all leaves, visible damage to branches 130 - Smaller branches are ripped away, remaining branches are twisted and bent 145 - Only primary branches left, minor debarking present 167 - Trees entirely stubbed, significant debarking 200 - Trees completely stripped of bark ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The treefall mode will likely get its textures changed in the next update to match that of the tree dmg. mode, while max. wind will be made into a grid of numbers w/o a tree texture
