As Torch is finally reformed and the people finally have independence, the population has increased and the need for more materials and land has grown. Torch has made the decision to expand to the north, South, and West, taking a total of three planets. The Torch economy is essentially solely based off of Torch Industries, which never declined or collapsed after and during all the wars Jaguar was included in. Also, with a new economic and defensive alliance with GDE, our economy is definitely going nowhere, even though we will be the ones giving economic support for a little while GDE reforms their economy. The Torch military, however, is relatively weak, the reason for the defensive part of the alliance with GDE. With this expansion and the following ones, Torch plans to use it to train military personnel and recruit more. Most material gains will be used to strengthen the military.
