INFO!!! Galactic Demon is rather a solitary demon, never shown around others due to being exiled from The Rift (demons 12-16 zone) due to false accusation of reminding Superstellar Demon (15) of his deadly past, involving many injuries and near-death situations. He's been sad ever since, always thinking about how much they hate him now. Galactic demon once met with Extreme Demon (10), but refused to come with him, because he's used to being lonely. He's black in colour, with white spots representing stars and some nebulae. He also can make animated or fixed constellations, which is what he did to get kicked out.
I took a screenshot of his face because I love how sad he looks.
