i. always correctly credit me when using a design; if uploading a design offsite, credit my th (GlimmeringOcean); [also I would like to be notified if you do upload my design offsite, just so I can more easily track where my designs are etc. (though if you forget that's ok)]. If you are uploading a design offsite, please keep the design visible to me, and make sure that it states clearly somewhere (even in a comment), that you agreed to the terms of service (please link back to this) upon receiving the design. ii. do not remove disabilities (eg. giving a cat with a manx tail a longer tail) or change disabilities given to the character (eg changing the manx tail a bobtail), giving a character disabilities they didn't previously have is fine. iii. small design edits are fine, and edits that would occur irp, eg. getting scars, greying with age, receiving accessories, but I'd prefer if larger edits were run by me. iv. I am free to ask a litter host to not give a design to a particular person (I will always provide reasons for doing so) v. characters must live until 30 moons of age, or else the design will return to me. vi. if a character is removed due to inactivity, (and no proper reasoning is provided to me by the rper), I am free to rescind the design. vii. if a user is banned from the rp, the design will be returned to me viii. if you wish to sell/trade/give away a design I created for a litter, please notify me. I would prefer these designs were not sold, but I may make exceptions if asked. ix. if reclaimed, I can use the designs as I see fit x. if this tos is broken in any way, I am free to rescind the design. xi. no using the design in anything hateful, or for anything 18+ xii. if you wish to use the design in another rp, please ask me first xiii. upon entering for a design, you agree to these terms of service. xiv. litter hosts with designs by me must link back to this tos in the project description. xv. if you received the design before these rules were put in place, you are not bound to the rules. that includes spectrum, owlmoon, bubblepaw, and moosemelancholy.
