Finally, after the war with Yugoslavia is now finished, reconstruction can begin. An investment fund is created to rebuild destroyed areas and pool all the nations reacurces, and then reconstruction begins, slowly restoring the jewel of the nation with new financial districts, skyscrapers, banks, and other key industries. Luxury apartment blocks and housing districts are slowly rebuilt, restaurants and cultural areas are brought back to life, and the dockyards and ports along the coast begin to be repaired. Further inland, factories are brought back into operation after months of toiling. And to help rebuild Albania, the local government has been issued a large aid package to help reconstruct the north.
