A few updates: Im back to scratch! :) - As for OC Tournament 7, @DRVWN_attention will be the one animating, but signups and the actual projects will all be on my account. OC HAS TO BE VECTOR - and I might change some of their facial features might be altered for the sake of animation But for OC Tournament 8, the plan is to have double the normal amount of participants, which is why signups are out so early. There will be several returning winners, and other old participants, and possibly even you! To join, either message me on my profile and include 2 things: 1. A link to the OC to be used for animating.
