Due to some magic shenanigans, Snaggy turned himself into a radial form. He initially was a much bigger radial form, but was able to get himself down to only having 18 heads. Unlike other radials, Snaggy can't float. Instead, he uses his wings to move. His resting position is thus lying down. His wings retract when he is lying down. Though, since Snaggy can breather in space, he spends most of his time there.
