(Tails POV) Omega rotated his arm, the metal joints moving nearly silently. Tails watched in fascination, using his tails to hover off the ground and inspecting each part carefully. For the past couple of months, he'd been working his way to befriending Omega. Omega turned his head towards the kitchen. Tails adjusted his glasses and looked where the robot had turned his attention. Tails shook his head and continued inspecting Omega, "I'm not eating whatever they're making in there." "Why?" Omega asked, his voice as emotionless as it always was. "Just a gut feeling." Tails landed in front of the robot. Omega loomed over Tails, his red eyes looking down at him. "Hm. Ok." Omega looked back at the kitchen, "I wish I could eat. I wonder what different flavors are like. 4 out of 5 people have complimented Shadow on his cooking, but I wonder what it's actually like." Tails thought for a moment, "One day, I'll find a way for you to be able to taste food." Omega looked down at Tails, his red eyes glowed brighter, "Really?" Tails nodded. Omaga went silent for a moment before speaking again, "I'll be waiting then. Thank you, Miles." "No problem, big guy," Tails smiled. He wondered how he would figure out how he would do it. (Shadow POV) Sonic walked out of the kitchen first; flower powdered him from head to toe, his royal blue quills looking more like a pastel blue now. Shadow frowned, walking out behind him a tray of actually edible food in his hands. He too was covered in flower. Sonic thought it was a good idea to throw a handful of flower at Shadow because he felt like it. Placing the food on the coffee table Shadow walked over to Rouge who had an eyebrow raised. "What happened to you?" Rouge asked as Shadow got in talking distance. "A blue rodent decided that it would be fun to start a food fight..." Shadow sighed. Rouge nodded, "Old doesn't suit you..." "Pardon?" "Your quills look gray now; it doesn't suit you." Rouge explained. Knuckles walked over, Sonic by his side. The red echidna looked between the two and hummed, "Yeah... you definitely lost that battle Sonic." "Aw man!" Sonic laughed, "I'll get him next time." Shadow narrowed his eyes at Sonic before looking at Rouge once more, "Anyways, did you invite me here just to make you food? What's this big thing you want me to see?" "What? OH YEAH! I almost forgot! You'll see in a minuet." She grinned wildly, glancing at Knuckles. The whole night Shadow was thinking about whatever Rouge was planning, or whatever she was aware of that he wasn't. Soon when people were preparing to leave Rouge turned his attention towards the center of the room, her jewel blue eyes glittering. Shadow turned around, looking at the two who stood in the center of the group. "I know we haven't been together for long, but I love you more than anything." He dropped down to his knee, pulling a box out of back pocket. Shadow knew what was going on. "You're so smart, kind, talented, and handsome hedgehog I've ever met. Your smile is infectious, your laugh is pure, and the fact that you even fell for me is beyond my understanding." He opened the ring box, revealing a golden engagement ring, "Silver, would you let me be blessed to be your husband and spend our future together?" Silver nodded, his hands over his muzzle, "Oh Espio! Yes, yes, 100 times yes! I'd gladly spend all of my future with you!" Cheers erupted around the room as Espio slipped the ring around Silver's finger before the two kissed. Shadow could hear Amy say something about how cute that was and he could hear Blaze saying congratulations to Silver after the white hedgehog and his new fiancé stopped kissing. It was hard not to feel happy for the two. Rouge sighed beside Shadow, "Isn't that beautiful? I wonder when the wedding will be." Shadow nodded, gaining a chuckle from Rouge, "I thought Juan ruined weddings for you." She teased. Shadow scoffed, "That relationship, proposal, and wedding was bunz, and you know it." Sonic blinked as he stood beside Shadow, his voice was a mixture of confusion and shock, "Wait... Is Juan your ex or something!? Were you going to get married to him!!?" "WHAT!? No! She's talking about a character from a show!" Shadow waved his hands as Rouge burst out laughing, the others joining in.
(Time skip because erm... I don't know what to add) "And to report on the stars of last year's Battle of Bands, there seems to be a lot of romance between the members! Based on some research done by ex-bandmember of Sakura, Blaze the Cat, the fan favorite couple is Knuckles and Rouge. Going on strong and based on the songs that came from the two's bands, they are still happily in love. Isn't that sweet? And what fans are calling 'Espilver' the newly married couple of Espio and his old employer Silver, both use to be from Sakura. Their wedding according to those who were invited, was a blast and nobody caught the bouquet because it missed the crowd and instead flew off the cliff. Safe to say that Silver doesn't know his own strength or how to aim. But many speculate that a certain red echidna and a bat might be next in line for the wedding bells," Roxy smiled as she reported the information. She laughed as she continued, " Another couple that's been catching fan's attention is Sonic and Shadow's relationship. Thanks to Sonic's social media account and from Blazes intel from being their friend, they are also going really well. Not to say that there aren't rough patches and arguments," She laughed, getting a little off topic, "My favorite of their recorded arguments is when Sonic slapped a slice of cheese on Shadow's stomach while he was sleeping. Oh, that was a fun video to watch..." She cleared her throat and continued, "Anyways, onto other things relating to this next year's Battle of Bands! But this time we'll send this over to my friend Jade for some other BoB related news!" (LOL- now I'm imagining Roxy with Robins voice (Stranger Things Robin, not Batman Robin) ERM.... I know this is a lazy end but idk how else to end it without making potential for a sequel that will never happen. SO, Ima hit y'all with the "And they all lived happily ever after!" Except for Surge, Kit, Infinite (the huzz), Starline, and Ivo :) Sadly I can't say the same for Jet.... You guys might see why.... eventually >:3 ) (I hope yall liked it :D)
