SCHOOLS (suck) and are evil just like me here is how at least my school based in Ontario works (uhm i dont even live there) We have two semesters each school year, and our classes change halfway through the year In Grade 9, most classes are mandatory (At my school we only get 1 elective class out of the 8 classes total) You get more electives as you move up Grades 11–12, you usually take around 7 subjects total In Grade 12, my school has only 1 mandatory class, the rest are your choice Every course you pass = 1 credit You need 30 credits to graduate Credits are earned by passing the class Grades are percentages (0–100%) >49% = pass Your final mark is: 70% coursework (assignments, tests, projects) 30% exam did i miss anything
