So I was inspired by all the artists who somehow draw light without using any blending modes (I said goodbye to my fav overlay and add modes) So I tried that myself :) But I cheated a little with the procreate bloom tool :D 1. I tried like that stripe of light 2. It’s got a similar color palette to the previous one, but I’ve never ever did this kinda spotlight lighting 3. Looks nothing like underwater but I just wanted to draw fish. Also, picking skintones for underwater is really weird.
