Known bugs: commands button shows when you don't have access to it. This is the oldest version of the game. If you want to see older versions, check the studio (thorn clicker studio) and check for archives! The game isn't broken. The boss bat (the slow one) needs to be taped multiple times. Don't tap it when it says something. The bats are being mind controlled by an evil scientist! Click the bats, before they get to the tree and destroy it!
