Litter Making Guide! --------------------------------------------- Litter Types- There are three different types of litters, Parented Selective, Parented First Come First Serve, and Donated First Come First Serve! Parented Selective- the litter has designated parent(s) and is selective, meaning you can make an application but might not get chosen, theres also a due date for everything Parented First Come First Serve- a litter with designated parents but is fcfs, meaning if you read the rules and apply you'll be accepted unless an outside reason prevents you from doing so(ex, blacklisted by litter maker, banned from rp, ect) Donated First Come First Serve- Donated litter with no parents, and is fcfs, so youll be accepted as long as you read the rules and fill out the form (unless an outside reason prevents you from doing so) ------------------------------------ Basic Rules- Max kits in a litter is 8, minimum is 1 You can /not/ preclaim one of your own kits! ---You can get someone else to design and kit for you though, and have someone else host a litter with a kit you own, but your cat cant have one of your past cats as their parent no matter what, try and get into different lineages :3 Names can not be more than 12 letters and their cant be another cat in the clan with the same name! ---Cant be another kit in another clan with the same prefix either ----No limit to suffixes as shown by my first cat Hedgehog'Floccinaucinihilipilification though only Eddie gets that suffix unless ya get permission from me, sorry not sorry No scientific names, but mythical critters, dinosaurs, and space stuff, and planets /are/ allowed! (ex, Unicornkit, Raptorkit, Cometkit, Jupiterkit) ---Names Of Different Moons And Religious Things Aren't Allowed, Moonkit Is Though, But No Poseidonkit or Pasiphaekit Names Cant Have Hyphens Or Any Symbol Either (ie, - , . !) No Twoleg Items Either, Unless You Have Permission, So No Microwavekit, Pipecleanerkit, Or Worm-On-A-Stringkit, yet... Trumpetkit for the trumpet vine or Creeperkit for Virginia creeper plant and stuff like that may be fine though, it depends No random colors either, aside from traits and other things, but cats only get those upon becoming an apprentice and the colors are picked from their eyes! ---Eye colors cant be red, pink, or purple unless albino! In order to join a litter you must have joined scratch for at least two weeks to try and limit alts and other things. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Extra- Litters should have a tn with all the kits on it or at least the clan and type of litter it is With permission you can also host other litter types, like randomized, raffles, and dtas! (otas however are not allowed) Kits can be based off of characters from media, but you cant steal someones design, kits can be made from someone else though if the designs were gifted to you, must also show proof you can use them or get confirmation in the comments of the litter If A Litter Has Been Open For 3 Weeks And Still Has 1-2 Kits Left, You Can Just Close The Litter Early And Register The Kits With Roleplayers, Then Use The Other Designs For Something Else, Or With Permission You Can Take In One Of The Kits Yourself As Long As There Aren't Any Other Forms You cant force other to keep the kit alive for 6+ moons, animal breeches and other things happen, its not always their choice Once the design is given to someone, its theirs, you can have people credit you for it, but you cant reuse the kit from there or take them back unless something forces you to. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Form for making a litter- Litter link - number of kits - clan - donated/parented - ss/fcfs/other(with permission and past experience hosting some other type ^^)
