~BeanWings~ Appearance: Almost any pastel colour scales, BeanWings are one of the smallest dragon tribes, they also have large pointy ears, tall horns with two pearls on the end, paws instead of talons, small wings which make it hard for some to fly, a furry spine and tail; this “fur” feels like a windy gale when touched, and objects can pass through it as if it weren’t there. All BeanWings have ketchup-red eyes Abilities: BeanWings have excellent hearing, quick reflexes and are very flexible, sometimes to the point that other dragon tribes awarded them the nickname “River Dragons” due to their tendency to slip away from clutches like water. BeanWings also have a darker secret; At nighttime, the “fur” on their spine coats the rest of the dragon, making them intangible. The pearls on their horns light up with an eerie glow that reflects off them to make them appear almost spectral. In this state BeanWings are very difficult to injure, as most attacks pass right through them, and these night prowlers can be extremely dangerous, as in darkness they lose control and hunt down anything they find, no matter how large. The best way to survive a Spectral BeanWing is to wait it out until morning, when they regain normal consciousness. The pearls on a BeanWing’s horns are what allows them to harness their ghostly abilities, as well as boosting their moods. If one or both pearls are lost, BeanWings will be devastated and often impulsively track down whoever or whatever brought it upon them, using their ability and sometimes eventually being unable to turn back. The BeanWing tribe call them “HauntWings” when this happens. Legend says that all BeanWings are Animus-cursed, and that another Animus gave them the pearls to wear to protect them from the curse and help them control it. Other facts: -All BeanWings have names beginning with Bean -Some BeanWings can resist the primal urge to oof whoever took one of their pearls if they still have the other -BeanWings recently received the Animus gene from a completely coincidental mutation. However no Animus BeanWing has yet been powerful enough to reverse the Haunt Curse -A very small number of dragon biologists believe BeanWings are the first dragon tribe to be closer related to mammals than reptiles
