Intro: Hai !! I'm minnie/kitty ! I use mainly spark/rao/fang/nox pronouns !! I've been in the studio since it started and was also a member of gwdfi for multiple years, I recently moved accounts though. My timezone is CST !! and im 14 ! My past experiences: I've been a manager on a couple studios and I've been a manager like figure on multiple offsite chatrooms !! Most of which have since gone inactive or been deleted though. I have gained a lot of experience from this though Why I want to be a manager: I want to be a manager because I think I could help with some of the problems the studio has as well as make people feel seen !! I like trying to help people through issues ! What I think being a manager would involve: I think being a manager would involve having to solve problems with the studio as well as dealing with things like trolls and spammers,as well as dealing with drama and rulebreaks Why I believe I would be a good manager: I think I would be a good manager because I've had past experience and I love trying to help people and talking to them !! I also like viewing both sides of a story before making an opinion Downsides: I can't always come online during the day due to school and I tend to get a little upset at times but I'm working on that part ^__^ i have gotten a lot better recently Ideas I have for improving the studio: I think I could help improve the studio by making people feel seen about their opinions instead of immediately getting mad at them and creating a situation in dbd because of it! My availability + activity: I'm not super available during school hours but I tend to monitor the studio when not signed in, most of the time signing in when I see something happening. I would say on a scale of one to tend its around an 8.5/10 overall, 7/ 10 on weekdays and around a 9/10 on weekends ,,, I try to be online as much as I can !
